Finding a good physics teacher/tutor, for some odd reason, is perhaps more challenging than physics itself. Physics is actually quite fun when you have someone who can effectively communicate the more complex and counter-intuitive insights about the way our universe works.
As a physics tutor, my job is not to show off how much I know, but rather it's to help you find your understanding of the material and become great at it yourself. I do this by 1) not assuming you should "just know" how to properly set up a particular problem 2) not expecting you to "just get" why a particular phenomenon is the way it is 3) by asking you questions about what may be confusing or counter-intuitive, and using various approaches to explaining it until we find the one that works for your unique way of thinking about physical laws and properties.

What is Visual Art?
Visual art refers to different art forms that are created primarily for visual perception. It’s something that is made for the viewer to explore with their eyes. The viewer can analyze and admire it.
There are many types of visual art that come in different forms. For instance, drawing falls under the visual art category, which could include illustrating, sketching, and cartooning. Another example is painting, and along with that comes water coloring, acrylic painting, oil painting, abstract painting, and more. Other kinds of visual art include sculptures, photography, graffiti, videos, textiles, among countless other forms.
Why Take a Visual Art Class?
Of course, the main reason you might want to take a virtual art class is to learn new artistic skills. But you might be surprised to learn that creating art can also do a lot for your mind, body, and spirit.
Studies suggest that working on a piece of artwork can enhance your eye-hand coordination, improve your motor skills, and even benefit your critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Crafting art can also help encourage your creativity and self-expression while giving you a way to channel your thoughts and emotions. And to top it all off, creating a work of art can lower your stress levels, too!
When you take a class here with TakeLessons, you get to learn one-on-one with a private instructor who will provide you with all the training you need to excel at whatever visual art form you choose.
